PSV rolls are particularly well suited to conveyors that operate in very difficult conditions, where working loads are high and large lump material is conveyed; despite these conditions, no maintenance is required. The effectiveness of a PSV roller sealing system provides the solution to the environmental challenges of dust, dirt, water, low and high temperatures or large temperature imbalances between day and night.

Rulmeca Canada is still using the ‘Precismeca – Monobloc’ sealing that put us on the map and labeled us the most robust roller on the market. This sealing is used solely on extreme heavy duty rollers (40, 50 & 60mm shafts) in the roughest conditions in the world. It features a large diameter outer guard accompanied by a triple labyrinth that prevents bearing contamination.
